Meet Maria, her life is devoted to revolutionizing the way women heal, connect with their bodies, intimacy and each other. Maria is a dedicated mother of two, seasoned yoga instructor, and certified health coach. As the founder of Holixtic, Maria is passionate about blending yoga, pelvic floor education, and women's empowerment into a harmonious lifestyle.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, Maria has immersed herself in movement, dance, yoga, fitness and meditation throughout her life. Today, she reaches out to her community through her app, online courses, and by traveling to connect with high-profile clients, retreats, workshops, and festivals. Maria truly believes in the transformative power of movement, using the body as a vessel for change, and the profound alchemy that occurs when movement is paired with conscious breath and deep, loving awareness.

After the challenging birth of her second child, Maria discovered she had been living with pelvic floor dysfunction for over a decade. This realization led her to focus on her own healing journey and inspired her to empower other women to do the same. Drawing on her extensive background in yoga and movement, Maria crafts unique, holistic programs designed to heal the body, mind, and soul.
