I am a mother of 2 children, a certified yoga teacher and health coach, a former dancer, content creator and a women's retreats and circle facilitator and educator.
After the very difficult birth of my second child at 42 years old I discovered I had been living with pelvic floor dysfunction for over a decade. In this time I decided to take my healing into my own hands after trying several different ways, courses and trainings that didn’t work.
I crafted my own framework that combines my personal experience, years of training in movement, fitness, anatomy and yogic studies to heal myself as well as helping and inspiring hundreds of women of all ages to heal and reclaim their bodies, confidence and power too.
